BAPA Peer Mentoring Program - First Session - Class Two

The transition from adolescence to adulthood is a time of major life changes — including education, career choices and building personal and social skills. This program helps young people navigate that journey with support and guidance.

Program Objectives:

- Build skills to become productive, self-sufficient adults

- Provide mentors an opportunity to give back and support the growth of others

- Create a supportive community of motivated youth focused on success and career readiness

- Job Placement

Develop life skills such as:

- Goal setting

- Time management

- Financial literacy

- Mental health awareness

- Offer practical guidance for overcoming life challenges
